Dating the Rock Art of the Kimberley

The Harvard Club of Victoria and the Kimberley Foundation of Australia (KFA) are delighted to invite you and your guests to a talk by Professor Andy Gleadow of the University of Melbourne.
Professor Gleadow is leading a multi disciplinary research project on dating the rock art of the Kimberley and will describe the project's aims and methods. The project is funded by grants from the Australia Research Council and KFA.

Professor Gleadow's work has been recognised by numerous awards, including the Research Medal of the Royal Society of Victoria, the Stillwell and Selwyn Medals of the Geological Society of Australia, and the AINSE Gold Medal for Excellence in Research. He is currently President of the Geological Society of Australia and Chair of the National Committee for Earth Sciences.
Cas Bennetto, CEO of KFA, will give a brief overview of KFA's activities. KFA's Mission is to research, preserve and promote the rock art of the Kimberley.
