Sino-American relations and President Trump
The Harvard Club of Victoria and ShineWing Australia cordially invite you to a lunch presentation on Friday the 11th of August.
The relations between China and the USA are immensely important to Australia. With Trump in the White House, there is a President interested in transactions and deals and not necessarily focused on supporting the institutions and agreements that have underpinned the global economy for more than 50 years. As China’s influence and global role increases, the interactions between the USA and China will impact Australia. Dr Mendis will provide insight into the relationship between China and the USA in the period of President Trump and how these relations are likely to play out.
Date: Friday, 11th August, 2017
Time: 12 pm to 2pm
Venue: ShineWing Australia, Level 10, 530 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000
