Every year, the Harvard Club of Victoria provides funding for up to three CEO's of non-profit organisations in the Victorian community sector to attend the
one week Harvard Business School program Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management ("SPNM") in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The A$14,000 award
covers SPNM course fees (tuition and case materials, accommodation, and meals), as well as travel to and from Boston, including a side-trip to allow for visits
to related non-profit organizations in North America.

The HCV Non-Profit Fellowship award is our investment in our community, especially in organisations that serve vulnerable Victorians. The CEOs of service delivery organisations in the community service sector are eligible, with particular focus on:
    •    Alcohol and drug dependency
    •    Children, youth and families
    •    Disability
    •    Family violence
    •    Housing and homelessness
    •    Indigenous services
    •    Mental health
    •    Refugee resettlement

The HCV Non-Profit Fellowship Program is funded by donations from members of the Harvard alumni community, together with moneys raised through the HCV’s Innovation Series and events program. Since the Fellowship was established in 2001, 42 fellowships have been awarded.
