Insights on Digital Engagement and Activation
 

HCV members, Harvard alumni and their guests are invited to join us on Thursday the 17th of August where member Christian Gossan will share his insights from a decade of digital engagement and activation (including Harvard research).
 

Christian will share his journey from piloting game-based learning to apps used in over 100 countries, including a research project with HBS and a feature in the HBR along the way. Christian will discuss designing for business performance, innovation, community, addiction, Australian vs. global attitudes and why engagement is not enough in the age of social purpose.

After the event, guests are invited to have drinks at a nearby city bar.

About the Speaker:

Christian is a global executive and consultant, passionate about helping people and creating scaled digital experiences to solve problems and capture opportunities. He has worked for KPMG globally and locally in Australia for the past 23+ years. Over the past 9 years, he has been working for KPMG leading, creating and activating engaging digital experiences that drive business performance. He spent the previous 9 years as a Director with KPMG Australia, leading strategic, cost optimisation and operational improvement projects.
 

He has been featured for his thoughts about engaging staff through digital experiences in the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times and Australian Financial Review.
