Leadership Lessons from the American Civil War
With Ted Blamey, MBA, CEO, Educator
Wednesday, 4 June, 6 pm

On June 4, Ted Blamey (MBA 1970) offers a special Masterclass in decision-making and leadership. He will lead us in a dynamic discussion through the fascinating case "Leadership Lessons from the American Civil War," using the celebrated HBS case method. The case examines how a young Colonel should deal with a crisis he confronts the day before the defining battle of the US Civil War, Gettysburg. The session provides a highly stimulating and interactive experience.

This enjoyable event is suitable for people of all walks, backgrounds, and ages. It is particularly beneficial for early and mid-career executives and professionals, those eager to experience the Harvard case method at its finest, and anyone who embraces leadership challenges.

A brief background note on the Civil War will be sent out to all participants in advance.
