Make Work Fair: Harvard Kennedy School author Siri Chilazli AB ’10, MPP ’16, MBA ‘16, in conversation with Mary Wooldridge MBA ‘94, CEO of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency

Mark your calendar for November 18th and join the conversation with Harvard Kennedy School Author, Siri Chilazli AB ’10, MPP ’16, MBA ‘16, co-author of Make Work Fair and Mary Wooldridge MBA '94, CEO of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

To make organisations more fair, many well-meaning individuals and companies invest their time and resources in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. But because inequity is built into the structures, processes, and environments of our workplaces, adding these programs has been ineffective and often becomes a burden placed on the individuals they are meant to help.

In her new book -- Make Work Fair -- Siri, together with her co-author Iris Bohnet, reveals a new paradigm for fairness at work and offer professionals at every level, in any kind of organisation, immediate, proven, and evidence-based ways to do their everyday work better and smarter—and more fairly.

Siri and Mary will explore how redesigning workplace systems and behaviours can lead to more equitable outcomes and offer both thought-provoking perspectives and practical, actionable solutions.
