Harvard Club of Victoria Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Harvard Club of Victoria will be held virtually on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
 

HCV members have been emailed the official Notice of Meeting and the 2025 Annual Report and Proxy Form. There is no charge required for attending the AGM, which is open to all Club members. However, we request that you RSVP by clicking this link so we can send you the Zoom details. Only full members (not associate members) are counted towards a quorum at the AGM and only full members (not associate members) are eligible to vote at the AGM.
 

Full members also have the opportunity to vote via proxy. The proxy form can be found in the Annual Report and must be submitted by Close of Business Tuesday 18 November 2025.

It is best practice to review the Club's Rules and governance every few years. So this year we worked closely with expert outside legal counsel, which proposed various revisions to our Rules. The marked up Rules are appended to the end of the Annual Report and one of the agenda items at the AGM will be to vote on the proposed Rule changes.
