As AI becomes embedded in classrooms and daily life, are we offloading too much of our thinking - or creating new ways to think more deeply? Dean Nonie Lesaux will share how AI is reshaping education, learning and teaching, and what it means for the skills students and educators need now.
Nonie K. Lesaux is Dean of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Roy Edward Larsen Professor of Education and Human Development. A Faculty member since 2003 and former Academic Dean, her research centres on improving learning opportunities and literacy outcomes for children and youth. She co-leads the Saul Zaentz Early Education Initiative, is a member of the National Academy of Education, and serves as an expert consultant to the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Educational Opportunities Section.
