What do war, oil shocks and trade restrictions actually mean for Australia?

The Harvard Club of Victoria and Melbourne Business School would like to invite you to a very timely in-person and Zoom discussion with Associate Professor Jamie Cross, who asks: "What do war, oil shocks and trade restrictions actually mean for Australia?"

Drawing on his research in macroeconomics, oil markets, and economic policy, he will explore how these distant disruptions affect the price we pay for fuel and groceries, the interest rate on our home loans, what the government can (and can’t) do about it, and the broader implications of these challenges for business leaders.

If joining in person, the talk will be followed by networking canapes and drinks with Melbourne Business School and Harvard alumni. If you cannot join in person, you are welcome to join online.
