harvard club of victoria annual general meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Harvard Club of Victoria will be held virtually on Wednesday 21 October at 6:30 p.m.
 

HCV members have been emailed the official Notice of Meeting and the 2026 Annual Report and Proxy Form. There is no charge required for attending the AGM, which is open to all Club members. However, we request that you RSVP by clicking this link so we can send you the Zoom details. Only full members (not associate members) are counted towards a quorum at the AGM and only full members (not associate members) are eligible to vote at the AGM.
 

Full members also have the opportunity to vote via proxy. The proxy form can be found in the Annual Report and must be submitted by Close of Business Tuesday 20 October 2026. For more information on our Annual Dinner which will be held on Thursday 19 November, please click here.
